I must admit that I am very impressed with my experience. I was very anxious about purchasing a car from half way around the world. What I experienced was a responsive group that calmed my worries at each step. I even managed to mess things up and was amazed to find the TCV system had built-in methods to automatically resolve the issues without my ever having to call (I did call anyways in a panic). I had paid for the car in my local currency (Cayman Island dollars) instead of in US dollars. The overpay on my part was nearly $700 US dollars. As a Non Profit group, the finances were very tight and TCV automatic refunding of the overpayment was a great relief. I would recommend TCV to my friends and plan to use this service again in the future.
