The TCV Business Development officer was very helpful and professional in addressing my concerns with the seller. TCV is a highly useful intermediary between the buyer and the seller. But they need to hold the funds until the seller takes delivery of the vehicle. There should be no limitation on how long TCV should hold the fund.
