BahamasI bought a 2008 Nissan Note from RYUSOBANKIN.CO.LTD it was the first time I used Tradecarview in a couple of years as I am not a car dealer I purchase for personal use. I was able to find a quality car and a quality seller like RYUSOBANKIN.CO.LTD because of the Tradecarview website it makes it easier by having the ratings for each car dealer. The fact that Tradecarview makes sure your car is shipped before the seller gets paid is great it adds a sense of security.Having Tradecarview as a mediator is another benefit as all sellers know there is someone watching their business conduct.With the service charge now included in the seller's fees it has limited negotiations because now the seller has to include that in their price. I have in the past used and recommended Tradecarview and will continue to use Tradecarview and recommend the site to anyone that wants to purchase a quality car with peace of mind. Please keep up the great work and you will always have loyal customers like me.

ZambiaThe Tradecarview offers a good platform for buyers and sellers to do business. However, my experience with Real Motor Japan was pathetic. Soon after making the money transfer and Real Motor acknowledging receipt, there was total silence from them despite repeated messages . This only changed after complaining through Customer Care Service. In addition, I was given a name of the ship on electronic B/L different from the one the van was loaded on. So I kept tracking a wrong ship sailing to the Caribean instead of East Africa. Being out of my country and the hard copies of B/L received but had to acquire an air ticket to travel at the time when ship was docking. In conclusion, the duty of some companies under Tradecarview to buyers is only good up to the time money is transacted. After that, the buyer is on his/her own whatever happens. However, the Customer Care is very helpful and are the reason I grade my satisfaction as neutral, otherwise it is negative.

United KingdomGood selection of cars and buying process but paytrade is a waste of extra money as stafff at tradecarview can not help if the car arrives damaged. Slow communication and not willing to help

BahamasMy experience with Tradecarview was excellent. I think that the way the client and the buyer communicate can be improved, taking into account any time zone difference. The company also should invest in giving the client a gift for purchasing a vehicle. EG. T-shirt, calculator, pens, mouse pad, things along this line. Thanks Marva Mackey
