ZimbabweWas not satisfied with way the seller handled my transaction. The seller forced me to get a car that was not of my choice because I had already paid for my chosen car only to be told that the car has been sold to another customer. The seller could have just apologised and arranged for a refund or even offer discount in such cases and or look for a better car and check if customer is agreeable with the new offer instead of forcing people to take their residue.

UgandaFeb. 16, I contacted IMPERIAL CAR TRADING for the Hiace Van of my interet. Everything was perfect. There was some delay from the time the ship was meant to arrive in Mombasa but that was not of their making and it's very understandable. the vehicle arrived in good shape as prescribed online. Everything was as expected, emails were extremely fast ..and all the flexibility, good advisory information. I'll not hesitate to contact them again ...and would highly recommend for their good service.

ZimbabweThis is the third car to purchase through tradecarview.The first two cars were excellent.However this time I am totally dissapointed.I paid a lot of money having been promised that the car is in very good condition.The seller refused any meaningful negotiation because he was emphasising the good condition.The has complicated engine problems.Fuel pump is not working.Now it does not start at all and is parked.I am walking yet I spent a fortune on the car.My heart is bleeding.Iam hurt badly because Nihonshaland Ltd gave me wrong information on the car.The Isuzu Bighorn was very expensive yet it did not last even a week.Its like I flushed my money in the toilet.I hope Tradecarview will assist to a solution with Nihonshaland because I will find it very difficult to buy again from Tradecarview because of this problem I have faced.
