After a few missteps, I was able to complete the transaction. Within a few weeks I got email notification of documents being sent. The vehicle came and I am satisfied with it. Unfortunately, the left rear door was damaged in shipping. How do I make an insurance claim? the ship's agent here said that I have to claim with the company in Japan.

The services of Tradecarview are good, and there is security for money. Despite that, tradecarview need to do their homework to do a due diligence to some of the untrustworthy sellers. Some sellers are not honest, what they show in the pictures is not what they ship to customers! Otherwise, I will recommend tradecarview to my colleagues.
