MalaysiaI was surprised by the quality of my recently purchased Ford Escape 2001 vehicle. Apart from some minor repairs such as replacement of fog lamp bulb, engine oil and water indicator, the vehicle is in perfect condition. Thank you for a professional and prompt sending of the vehicle.

MalawiTHE TRANSACTION WAS EASY AND STRAIGHT FORWARD, MY SELLER WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR AN ONLINE CHAT, THE ONLY POBLEM WAS TIME ZONE DIFFERENCE OF 9HRS WHICH MADE ME TO STAY UP TO 1AM EVERYDAY IN ORDER TO TALK TO MY SELLER, BUT OVERALL MY SELLER WAS BRILLIANT. MY ONLY REQUEST IS FOR TRADECARVIEW TO CHECK THE STANDARDS OF THE AGENTS WHICH THE SELLERS ARE USING AT THE PORT OF DISCHARGE,AS THE AGENT WHICH THE SELLER RECOMMENDED WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN WHEN I ARRIVED IN TANZANIA AND I COULDNT ALLOCATE HIS OFFICE FOR OVER 9HRS AND HIS PHONE WAS SWITCHED OFF,ATLAST I FOUND THE OFFICE AFTER COMING ACROSS WITH SOMEONE WHO HAPPENS TO KNOW HIM, TO MY SURPRISE HIS OFFICE HAS NO SIGN NAME ON IT AND THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD HAVE FOUND IT.IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS.
