You are doing a very good job and act professionally. However, detailed information about the car condition need to be provided to the seller. Also I suggest that you provide for buyers to be able to request for additional services at their cost before shipping the vehicle such as fixing for new tyres based on the destination country requirements, replacement of shock ups if they are worn out and others. My transaction went smooth though it coincided with long public holidays of about 10 days that made me so nervous. In the end there was a long wait for booking shipment which also looked unbearable. Eventually the car was booked for shipment and I received it within the schedule that was communicated by the seller. As the seller realized that I was so nervous, he made an effort to reach me through phone just to give me assurance about the shipment. And this was a sign of a good customer care which I really appreciated about the seller. I mentioned to him in my feedback too. Now I have my car and I enjoy it as it runs well as I expected .
