the whole process was smooth. but i must honestly say, improvement should be done as far as notification is concerned when the ship arrives. ones needs not to be an expert or have imported a car before. its very disturbing when the ship comes and no body notifies me. remember we always show person to notify in the whole communication. this is what i didnt like about the whole process, otherwise other things were good

Seller was great to work with, one thing about the van there was a noise from under the hood ever since I received it so finally had it looked at only to find out the drive belt is slipping due to the water pump leaking on it? the estimate to fix this is more than I paid for the car not very happy about this finding
