The seller sold me a car that has an engine oil leak and did not mention that to me. I took a risk of driving it for over 2,000 km from the port of Dar Es Salaam to Lusaka with that problem. This is the first time i have bought a vehicle a problem like this from Tradecarview. I demanded that he does JEVIC but he declined and opted for EAA. The seller's conduct is not good for the image of Tradecarview. People will fear to buy defective cars from you.

It is unfortunate that you experienced this and we apologize but we were unaware that the engine oil leak was present - since the car was inspected by EAA Inspection which is approved by ZABS. EAA will not pass any car which has any sort of major leak - so this could have been a result of something that happened in Port or while shipment loading.we apologize once again. Car Chief Co., Ltd

Not certified at all this car gave me more problems upto now it has not yet arrived home it just switched off 60 km before tunduma so have to hire machanic from dar es salaam to fix it nw since last week I'm struggling with

good day sir - its unfortunate u face problems but i informed you that this car had problems and offered to cancel the deal and refund the payment. You insisted you wanted the car against my advice - after replaced the relay as well even though i was not very happy to give the car you still wanted the car. We apoligize for the bad experiance nevertheless and will be more vigilent. thank You Car Chief

The vehicle is generally in good condition. The seller did not mention that it had minor suspension issues. Generally its great!

The vehicle shocks were completely gone even though i paid JEVIC for it to be inspected. SAD.

car received in excellent condition. fast communication and service. only to note, the engine had barely no oil, and there is a minor dent on the left rear door of the car, that was not shown in the pictures. this was easily fixed. thank you
