The seller did not inform me of the dents that were on the car prior to concluding the sale agreement yet I had even requested him to take clear pictures of the car especially the rear boot and bumpers. On arrival of the car in Uganda, I found the car with scratches on front/rear bumpers and dents car boot. The seller was not honest with the description of the external physical body condition of the car.

Communication needs work - Delivery of required documentation was delayed (had to plea with customs regarding the delayed submitted form). Overall the vehicle is in pristine state. All issues aside, I love the little RAV I purchased.
