I received car just like seller informed in time and externally Ok. There was not externally damages. Battery was dead, I expected and radio did not work. The only negative thing is an automatic gearbox malfunction. I informed seller unexpected problem, but this is second hand car, everything is not perfect, was answered. The seller does not compensate damages afterwards. Seller promised to give me discount if I buy car from Nikkyo in the future. I will use promised discount.

They took so long to ship the car. I did not get a clear reason why it took so long. Imagine i made payment on 25th June and I have just received the car!!! The documents were also not sent to me as a Consignee. They were sent to a documents courier in Mombasa and it took the courier a number of days to change the consignee to my names. Otherwise the car is in perfect condition.
