Some items in the working where not working and the car had a scratch which was not mentioned in the listing.

hello, this unit is grade 4, very good condition, regardig the scratch, we confirm that on loading day , no cratch on the car, as we have photos on loading receied from shipping agent, it might received on uploading or when moven to the yard at destination, please send us photos, will send toshipping agent, addiationally, we have after care service for our client, if you need any parts, we can send for 50% only, the rest 50% we will pay, please feel free to contact us . rdgrs

Hi I have received my Nissan Elgrand. It is in good condition and the interior of the car is neat and nice the engine in tip top condition. And the all process went well especially on communication, and other thing the seller is honest, At first the one I choose it developed a fault and she had tell me and changed me with a good and the condition which is good. The seller is good,only that he is not transparent,i asked for the photos,it took them so long to send them,they sent them very late i.e one day before the item was shipped,i came to recognize the item as high bed while it was already in ship,i tried to cancel the deal but in vain.I wanted a low bed hiace van,they sent me a high bed hiace!I have managed to change it from high bed to low bed by changing the chassis,it costed me other $1500.
