Communication was slightly poor because other charges were levied for faulty ignition which they did not communicate until we asked why the our documents had not arrived. Documents were detained without informing the buyer. Why the extra charges when the car was still with them and not with the buyer. The Original carpets are not there except the one for the driver which was available. However, many people liked the car. I would recommend they improve their communication to get more buyers.

The car does not have a functioning AC which in Mozambique's summer is a BIG negative. Also the company misplaced the car documents for a few weeks...but instead of coming clean the seller tried to tell me they were on their way but wouldn't give me the DHL number. This went on for many days, and in the end it cost us money because our paperwork on this end got delayed. Very disappointed with that part of the process. Otherwise the vehicle seems to run well, and it arrived on the date promised.
