The prop shaft was damaged and I was stranded in the middle of the road on the 3rd day after receiving the car, so i spent a reasonable amount of money to get a breakdown and do the reparation. Next time, please advise the clients if there are any problems with the car because it is stressfull to be stranded in the road side with a car that you have just purchased. There is also 2 faults (ABS and incline). Those should have been communicated as well. It will cost me more money to get it fixed.

I didn't receive the Car, it was stolen from the notify party whom you recommended for me Seaways(K) Ltd, in Nairobi under uncommon circumstances, I have already sent you an email thru customer care form. This is unacceptable and unconvincing. I hope you people can help

Dear Sir or Madam, To make business with Takahashi Shouten Co., Ltd, it was a very pleasant opportunity, because the staff is very professional, giving all necesary information and support to the clientes, and answering directly and timeously the questions of the purchasers. I was veru well impressed, and in addition I received the car as it was described in the advertisement. Only small itens were missing, like; the warning signal and tools.
