Dear Sir See the attached documents. The inspection report shows that the car was collected with a damaged key. Good Afternoon Sir The inspection report and the T896 shows that the port handed over the vehicle to AVECS like that. Please send this report to your supplier and ask for compensation. Most of the suppliers will investigate and take this claim up for you. Let me know if you need more information
