AVIX was very responsive and easy to deal with. They negotiated fairly and worked hard to make sure that they could ship the roof rack with the van that I bought even though it was difficult to do it. The only glitch in their communication was that they forgot to provide me with the expected sailing date prior to the ship sailing, however, the van was shipped right away and I received it a couple of weeks after that.

Hello, Thanks. It is a very nice car. I have 3 issues; 1. The car did not have a spare tyre, it has a pump and puncture repair solution. We had to buy a new rim and tyre. 2. No owner’s manual in English so it is difficult to understand so many good features of the car. Please find and post the manual. 3. The GPS system does it work outside of Japan? Thank you in advance

The car has a malfunctioning stereo system. The ramp on the left side is bent, this didn't show in the photo's. Also, the vehicle reached 10 weeks later instead of standard 6 weeks
