Phenix's service on their part was perfect, they communicate well and kept me informed and are good honest people and i appreciate them. my car arrived in good condition, just two dents on the bonnet that weren't shown in the pictures but could have been from the shipment process, i am 100% satisfied with my car and Phenix's service to me. i would highly recommend them to anyone but please Phenix dont use that company to ship cars again. thanks

We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for a great website! The seller of our vehicle was very helpfull & quick in responding on questions!! We are extremely happy with condition of car! How ever we did not receive the remote for keyless entry which was 1 of main reasons for taking bus! We've send emails to the seller with no reply!! Very disappionting as now cant use car to its full!! Kind regards

Phenix lived up to their ratings. Communication was prompt, as were the negotiations. A requested change to the profoma invoice was done promptly. Documentation was correct and the vehicle didn't disappoint. Overall an excellent experience and I look forward to doing business with Mr Akabane again. S
