I am very disappointed by the purchase this car came in perfect conditions beautiful on the outside but inside the motor inside not this good nothing I have problems with the radiator where one of the radiator pipes was stuck with glue I'm having serious problems with the car engine remember that the car arrived on 11/29/2014 and so I have only one week to walk with him and already have a lot of problems after all is not done revision that side to sell the car?

The car got to Tanzania on 20 November. However the fm stereo was not functioning. Just as soon as the car left the port it burst its left front tyre resulting in the damage of the front bumper and the radiator. Now i have to arrange to have the car towed to my country Zimbabwe. It is sad that i will be delivering home a damaged vehicle.

the car I bought has a problem and I have to spend more money to fix it and have it driven to Lusaka from Dar es Sallam because the baterry is not working and the fan belt is cut so it can not move. I paid paytrade but the service I got is not good. what should I do?

This seller gave us wrong info. We were told that it runs very well. When we collected the vehicle, We were shocked. When I sent them an email they never even bothered to response back. We buy based on the info the seller gives us.

The shipping took too long more than 2months and the seller edited the pictures to hide the damaged areas on the car. They also used white paint to hide the damaged areas so that they are not seen on photos. I didnt like the way the y respond to mails.

The seller did not advise of the problem with the ignition. He sent me 4 keys yet only one is working. The vehicle sometimes can not start because of ignition having a problem with sticking. I can not use the car because it might not start while away. This is not good, I should have been told about this problem otherwise, the vehicle looks good. Please tell me how I should fix this problem,we do not have spares for this model here.

Not happy, a car I paid for on 1st September 2014 arriving around 20th October 2014. Can you imagine the delay and time value of money? In fact the sales representative never bothered about future business when I asked about the delay.
