【Notice of Off-shore Vehicle Inspection Requirement for Republic of Fiji 】

This notice is to inform all users importing vehicles to Republic of Fiji about Off-shore Vehicle Inspection Requirement.
The Fiji Land Transport Authority (LTA) has advised that from August 15th, 2016, all used vehicles exported from Japan to be covered by an Off-shore Vehicle Inspection and JEVIC Pre-Export Appraisal Report.
Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center Co. Ltd (JEVIC) will commence inspections in Japan on Friday, July 15th 2016.
This inspection will appraise vehicle condition, as well as structural, odometer, stolen vehicle and biosecurity aspects.
Please ensure the Seller that vehicles intended for export to Fiji shall receive the JEVIC inspection prior to shipment.
