BurundiThe item purchased from TCV reached me well and rather on time and generally within the conditions of description. This also applies to the various administrative documents which were received by me within the time allowing me to proceed with the clearance from the port and custom services. However, I would have appreciated more frankness and sincerity as to the overall condition of the vehicle: the tires were completely unusable and the entire ceiling had collapsed. the right front suspension is faulty and the air conditioning screen is faulty. Details that would have allowed me to make my arrangements well in advance...
