TanzaniaThough it took almost two months for the car to arrive (due to Christmas and Chinese festivals), everything was excellent. The seller responded fast. The car conditions is very good, it drives great and the interior was very clean. I recommend both the seller, Real Motor JP and TCV. It was a smooth and nice transaction.

ZambiaThe experience using TCV was great! Initially I was hesitant because all along I had been using BeForward, but as a first time buyer from TCV I’m impressed. Of course there were a few hiccups with the local TCV branch, but after that was settled everything went flawlessly. Will definitely recommend TCV 🙂

UgandaI got this very beautiful car without the radio working and contacted the seller through this WhatsApp. I was really amazed with the response and the customer care. They told me it was shipped with the SD card that allows it to work but since it was not there they would send me one by DHL which they did very fast. I put the SD card and now the radio working very well. Very grateful to the company and to Ruri in particular for the very best customer care and all nice responses whenever I contacted them. Highly recommended for the excellent services

Cayman IslandsThe transaction in terms of the process, tracking of steps on myTCV, and user friendly website made the purchase very simple and upfront to use. In addition I also appreciated the response time the sellers respond to messages. However, I did not not like the quality of photos and lack of photos posted on site as when the vehicle arrived there were a number of scratches and rust spots that were not shown...Overall though, even with he few negatives, I am still pleased with the vehicle. I would recommend TCV to others.
