I regret that I must report two major faults with the vehicle:1.The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) is faulty and despite attempts to repair it, it has not been able to function properly, and the vehicle has never work properly since in arrival. The prognosis is that the ECU is irreparable and needs to be replaced. In the circumstance, I have no choice but to make a claim for either (a) a refund for the purchase of a replacement, or (b) that TCV or the seller supply and replacement. I have ordered several vehicles from TCV and this my first encounter with such a major issue.2.There is evidence that the Engine Control Unit has been tampered with in order to “roll back” the odometer. The value stored in the ECU does not agree with the mileage recorded on the odometer. This deceptive manipulation of the vehicle systems is illegal and ought to be penalised by TCV. Again, I am seeking an appropriate compensation or refund from TCV, as the sponsored trader.Yours
