We would like to inform all users that we have recently determined a new "tradecarview Shipping Term" that requires the Japanese dealers in our network to send B/L to overseas buyers within a restricted amount of time.
Dealers are now required to send B/L within 50 days after receiving the payment from the buyer. (According to one of our trusted shipping company, the recent average days required for booking is around 30-35 days.)
If buyers did not receive the B/L, please contact the dealer first. If it has been more than 50 days, please inform us with details by filling out the complaint form at https://www.tradecarview.com/questionnaire/detail.aspx?ques=4
