Their 'After Order'communication is lousy. I had to Email them to get my shipping schedule ,which they had.The car was shipped with BAD BATTERY that I had to replace. Power steering and Brake fluids were low.The brakes sound like they have to change.They deliberately did not show a hole in the leather seat. The car makes a noise when going over bumps

To be honest,i am quite disappointed. 1.The car had a slow knock.at the port collection point,it had some loud crunking noises coming from inside the engine and as we speak,the mechanic is replacing some of the engine parts.He even confirmed to me that some engine repairs had been carried out in japan and i just got to wonder how it managed to pass through all the inspection tests performed on it. 2.The reverse camera was also faulty. 3.Aircon faulty.am very disappointed.

THIS IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY OF THE HIGHEST ORDER. I WANT RMJ TO SEND THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS TO ME THROUGH THEIR LUSAKA OFFICE BEFORE I TAKE ACTION. FURIOUS CUSTOMER. MOSES.

I was really disappointed because the Honda crv came damage , I send a message about it and they response was negative. From looking back at the picture the jeep was damage and they never stated but rather stated that the suv was graded at 4.5

The colour of this car was good according to the tradecarview pictures but the car I received its painting had gone from white to I don't know colour making it very difficult for me to sell this car.mid Miha has been my friend but this time she failed me

This was my second purchase, Car not as advertised, accident repaired with very poor paint work on the front and back bumpers, front and rear wheel arches both left side doors, specifically asked if the car had been damaged and was lead to believe that it wasn't, My complaint was meet with unanswered emails and the seller blaming the shipping company for the damage,

This seller is rude, lied about the date of shipment and completely refused to give details or a copy of the auction sheet report even after i had purchased the car!! This Miha will communicate very well before you make payment but once you have paid, good luck getting any feedback from this seller.
