The car had damages which the seller never mentioned during the negotiations. They said everything was fine when I asked but I have to spend money to fix these damages. I even sent an email to them after receiving the car saying I was frustrated with them but they never replied. These damages are on the bumper and you can see it's not while in transit because they were spayed to cover them up. Other than that it's a nice car. I wouldn't give them 4 stars after the repairs I have to do on the car!

Do not buy from this seller. Ordered an alphard and as I drove out from the port I heard a noise went to the mechanic and engine wasn't good. They also put oil in it to reduce the noise in it for a little time. Contacted seller and all he offered was big discount on next purchase as if I would ever for a second think to buy from them again.. DO NOT BUY FROM CARNIVAL!!!!! Scammers

I imported a Toyota mark x. The photos displayed was done in such a way that one could not see the check engiene light on. The rear shock absorbers were completely bad and the car was over heating. I contacted trade car to inform them and their response was that there was nothing they could do. I have not been able to drive that car. I do not recommend carnival for any transaction, they are a fraud.

he made me pay for jevic which he did not provide.when i asked him,he said he had sent it through dhl.upon receipt of the documents i noticed that it was not there.Then he reduced my invoice so i could pay less customs here.I told him that was never going to happen in zambia.I asked for a $200 refund.He paid me back.But it had to take some time before he agreed to refund me.I have been a member for years now and i think this is no way to do business

I was very disappointed with what i received. received this vehicle the engine was not good since the vehicle was run without oil , the speedometer was not working and the main stich for the doors were not working right now the customer is taking legal action and the car is just packed .customer's please stay away from this dealer. at the time of negotiations very prompt reply for selling their junk vehicles . customers be aware of this dealer. stay away from them please !!!

I was not happy with the vehicle especially the external part because the pictures were deceiving. I thought it was a good vehicle only to receive it with scratches on the bumper and the side passenger door, I am forced to take it for panel beating and paint which is an extra cost. I have a report form from Dar es salaam to confirm that the vehicle was shipped with scratches. very unhappy customer.

The reviews on the vehicle was in contrast to the product received. The vehicle was described as in good condition look and run great. Its was literally a junk vehicle. Replaced all the shocks, suspension plates, holes in the frame. Terrible mechanical condition even after paying for full inspection. I can never purchase from the seller and advise all buyers never to buy vehicles from Canival Co.Ltd. No integrity, terrible vehicles and poor services. Wrong odometer: Actual was 220,000Kms, seller changed to read 85,000Kms. Very disappointed buyer, lost lots of cash in repairs. Just purchased ***** from these guys.
