paid full amount incl.inspection,but seller did not inspect, lied that car should be inspected upon arrival,contacted him about refund, he refused to pay the money, I waited for months but same story, then decided to report the issue to tcv for help but they couldn’t.honestly, worst deal ever. tcv claims to offer buyer protection but hummm, I had to pay a fine of almost $800 for what I already paid for something to find out here, but this is a scam.

I received the item yesterday, (5th October, 2021) but not in good condition as you indicated on your site. The engine is misfiring. Currently i need to use a courier from Dar Es Salaam to Lilongwe (1600 km) since the vehicle cannot move on its own.
