I received the vehicle but it came with a problem which was not communicated to me. There was a loud sound (noise)coming from the propeller shaft and upon being checked with by the Mechanic, it was discovered that the centr bearing was damaged. i therefore cant drive the car and i have to now buy the centre bearing. I am therefore disappointed and will be relunctant to use the services of Trade car view if this is the kind of service that i will recieve.

The car I choose did' t pass on the inspectio, the seller did not give me the option of choos nother one , he replace it with the obe ,when i recrive it i realise that the body of the car was in very bad conditio, service was note done, no ligh in one side , i am very desapointed because what i pay does not correspond what i get.

This is the worst deal I have ever made. The car is so faulty it can't move. No inspection was done because supplier said the JEVIC were taking long. I regret. Am now scared of purchasing vehicles online. I feel dupped. I am the saddest customer ever

Dear Sir, I am not sure about what you are talking about. We have already appologized for not doing JEVIC and have paid a refund of 15% for the CIF which was $800 to you. The JEVIC you paid was $250 but we have paid $800 because of the mistake we made by not doing it in Japan So I dont know why you are saying as if we didn't do anything about JEVIC inspection Please say the Truth about what we have done B.I.D Co.,LTD
