The engine has a bad miss, the battery is flat & will not take a charge, the tyres are bald, There is a tear in the seat. I tried to cancell the deal but was refused by TCV. I have found TCV absolutely ussless in helping with any dispute with sellers.

This coaster looked fine from outside but inside it is disaster!!!! You should fully disclose or provide adequate and clear photos of the car you intend to sell so that customer is also happy. Seats were torn and you decided not to show these, this was deceit of the highest.

The vehicle is in very poor condition and the seller knew about the problems beforehand. The engine and transmission are bad and require a lot of repairs. The car was in an accident which the seller did not disclose beforehand.

The Seller took long to ship the item. The Vehicle arrived with fault in Engine (DPD) sign constantly warning with Engine sign on when the Engine is switched on. I have communicated this problem to the Seller with the picture but he is quiet about it. I am wondering how the EAA certification was passed with Engine having a problem.
