It's the worst transaction ever. The vehicle has taken 12 weeks. I bought vehicles from other companies they reached Zambia and this Allion still in Japan. Very disappointed

The shipping schedule kept changing for three times and communication was not prompt. The seller kept postponing the shipment without clear justification and always took long to respond to my communications. The transaction had even been cancelled without my conceit. Unlike other units that i bought from the same seller previously, this one has lots of mishaps which can not be explained.

Would never recommend anyone to buy from this seller. Very bad communication. Hardly responds if you run into an issue I had to message them the whole week to get a reply . They promised basic compliance during negotiations but didn’t follow through after car arrived . STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER !

I was hoping my first ever car importing experience would be a pleasant one but unfortunately not. So New Zealand requires all the cars being imported to have ESC on them which mine did not have. As a first ever buyer, I was not aware of this. Now it can’t get through Compliance and I can’t register it to drive on NZ roads. When I contacted SBI, they said it was not on the contract, so it’s not their problem. Not recommended 👎
