Each vehicle receives approval based on its condition. Only vehicles which pass this test get approved for export. This process is strictly followed to ensure the quality of all vehicles we export.

AL AIN JAPAN is a dishonest dealer in all communication and no one should buy from them. They took so long to send the car because it failed inspection as they were getting the car repaired. Paytrade was not helpful either when i requested to transfer the money to another dealer which is not good.

am very disappointed with this supplier.there was no jack,faulty engine,no wheel spanner.how can a person move such a vehicle from the port? I had a lot of problems to get that truck and I paid a lot for it.Please you can do better. clevious.

ALAIN is not a good company.To me, they are Hippocrates who cheat in the name of quick shipping. There is no way one can be selling a car BASED in japan only to be told its on it way to some country God knows where. Assumptions are any car on trade car view searched in Japan should be in Japan - PERIOD -. Secondly, i insisted the documents to be shipped to my address, that was not the case, they were shipped to some third party. there is no honesty there. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

THE DOCUMENTS TOOK TOO LONG TO ARRIVE, AND THEY WERE SENT THROUGH A LOCAL CAR DEALER WHCH IS NOT VERY GOOD, THEY SHOULD USE COURIER COMPANIES INSTEAD. THE VAN ARRIVED WITH A DEAD CLUTCH IT WAS ACTUALLY TOWED FROM THE PORT, I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER 150USD TO MAKE IT MOVE. HOPE I WILL BE COMPENSATED!
