The vehicle(VW BORA) I bought had a faulty gearbox and this was never mentioned, I asked the sales rep to tell me if the vehicle had any problems and they never mentioned the gearbox problem. Other extra things like the wheel caps, CD Changer were missing. I personally was not happy with the service.

WATCHOUT WATCHOUT the car that arrived had finished finished tires that is why they do not show you the tires on all their cars(other dealers show you the tires but these guys dont) as i speak the tires are being replaced. also communication is very very poor

i applied for logistics arrangement and the sller never sent the original documents to the logistics company, instead the documents were sent to me and that caused a costly delay because i had to sent the documnts to the logistics company in Durban South Africa. That resulted in me being charged late clearance fee and port storage for 4 days. Total charge amount to R4,454.
