The car internal dashboard on passenger side is terribly deeply scratched.The roof has several bad marks all over.The seats have cigarettes burns and front passenger seat has the back cut material.Dented front left fender.Disapointed coz on your pictures these were not showing on your advert

Good vehicle however the after sale service needs major improvement. I only received one key and would now require a replacement key urgently. The feedback in that regard was very cold and non responsive saying that only one was seen in the photo. Something of this importance should be put upfront. There was no willingness to help or no efforts made to find assistance on my concern. IThe company is unable to give basic help and feedback to customers on such important / significant issues

I have been customer of Carview since 2007,my confidence was extreme. This time around due to confidence in this site, I highly convinced my boss to try this site and enjoy the economies.My boss refused to order and committed that maybe I do all process on behalf.I carried out the purchasing process for a TOYOTA BELTA. The Gear Liver was missing from the car. The shipping company also confirmed that through their checklist that it was not there. Hence i would not recommend another buyer to get a car from Real Motor Japan as they are dishonest.
