Shipment delayed a while,due to change in ship from the first to a second one leading to congestion of vehicles reaching mombasa port, this affected the clearing of the Car at Mombasa port. Availability of ship may not have been caused by the car selling company.

Good representation of body of the unit. What I saw on examining the unit is almost what had been shown on photos, except one which may have been damaged during transportation. The engine condition/defects or warning light/signs need to be stated in vehicle descriptions. This is a specialized unit, information on how to operate the vacuum tank will go a long way in getting benefits from the purchase.

I recommend this seller. They were very good at communicating with me and even though there was a problem with details on the B/L copy, they were able to help me resolve it very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

My car (Nissan Caravan) was delivered neatly as per being described by the seller (Japan Car and Boat). In fact the seller communicated well with me except in the early stages when the unit (van) i requested had a problem with oil leaking. Overall, I will score the seller 75% on a scale of 100 for a work done.
