Gemmy has lied about the paint, vehicles condition, mileage, and services performed. They raised the price on the car and negated to mention that the car has brake issues. After two months they said the brakes were fixed and tested by them in their lot, once they car arrived the brake issues were not fixed and the car is inoperable. I asked for some compensation they denied any wrong doing, retracted their statement that they made no promises on the brakes condition and blame the port mechanic.

Do Not Ever Buy! Dont ever purchase a product from this seller, the car arrived in worse condition than if it had spent 5 years under water .. floor completely rusted out with the cills filled with silicone to mask. Dangerous and pathetic. The seller is a liar and a bad businessman! Legal action is currently under way and i am now tracing company and director addresses in order to visit them in person as they have now barred my calls. Ridiculous! Con artist!

We were really sorry to hear your comment. This car was a clean all around 3.5 grade with no rust and drove flawlessly. Inspected by us, the Mazda Dealer who raised the susp., and USS auction house with 0 rust or silicone. We happily talked with you on every occasion and did not ignore you once so we are surprised to hear such strange things. Along with your false claims of legal action it appears everything you say here is false. We hope you can find some sort of peace somewhere.

I requested a pre-purchase inspection at the port, but this was not completed. The vehicle could best be described as in "fair" condition. Items which required immediate replacement included the valve cover gaskets collapsed front air shock, steering rod and lower control arm bushings at a cost of approximately $1,500. There is still other suspension and critical ESP brake work needed. I would not purchase from this seller again, nor would I recommend that others do so.

Tried to change the desired port i mentioned, and after denying it, I was informed the car was on its way to a different port than I had initially selected. Trevor kept trying to get me to do extra work on my end, and as the customer, I felt uncomfortable with this since I had to deal with something that I never agreed to.

Our shipping company made the mistake to ship to a port that's 19km different than the one requested. It was wrong but they were kind enough to pay more than $400 as an apology package. David misunderstood the paperwork involved as extra work. Also the shipping company suggested the faster vessel for you, even though it was 19km difference they sent it early thinking you'd be happy but infact it sounds like you would prefer an almost 1 month extra wait to have it delivered

Car came with broken parts and broken air suspension , the car is nor drivable

Hello Dominik, The car doesn't have any broken parts, all electronics are working A1. And we said at the beginning the air suspension was acting strange. The car is in somewhat "good" shape, had ABS and low mileage. Took about 3&Half months to ship. The paint on the car was in really bad shape in reality compared to photos but I can always repaint it with money. Engine ran fine. Communication was fast and quite reliable, got the photos that I asked but the paint in the photos looked just fine but there was a lot problems with it.

Delayed delivery of the vehicle by almost 3 months). The car seemed to have had an accident (bumper was somehow fixed , had scratches on the left front part and some areas were glued in the engine. The vehicle also has some dent on the back and some patches on the rear bumper. This vehicle although claimed very clean, was very dirty inside and the radio was removed, as well as the remote control of the car switch.Pls check my communications with Ms. Yuki in my account.
