the auction rating did not reflect the condition of the vehicle. The reason i use TCV is because the auction rating provides an indication of the condition of the vehcile.

Several issues were not communicated clear by seller such as the vehicle did not come with a spare tire, and there was no spare key. When asked the seller acted as if it was standard practice to not ship/sell vehicles with those items. I was very disappointed by lack of honesty.
