I didnt see the importance of using TCV in this transaction, you are role in very minimal, you dont care when the seller bring issues. The seller was very poor in communication, he took many days to answer questions and led to increase in port charges due to documents delay. It took one month for him to send the documents since the item arrived. He can take 10 days to reply into a single message!! GT EXPORT you are poor in communication, TCV your intervesions are very minimal, be active!!
