Car came with too many issues, paint damaged , dents , driving belt issue causing serious noise , no spare wheel. Not happy at all paid over price for this car

This transaction was not transparent at all. Seller lied about the condition of the car as they claimed it was a no accident unit but that was not true. The car was painted on left side, the body was not well aligned, the color was not uniform. The value of the car was not satisfactory as I had to pay extra costs to repaint the whole car

The car had prior accident on the LHS ...front passenger door repaired, LHS door & bumper repainted. This material fact was not communicated anywhere,a car with an Auction rating grade of 4 can not look this. The inside of the car is very dilapidated I would rate it 3 out 5 TCV need to make sure the ratings you put on the site reflect reality. I need to be compensated for buying an "accident based car"

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for providing you with a vehicle that you are not satisfied with. With regard to your point about the car being an "accident vehicle". According to the Japanese auction assessment, the vehicle is deemed to have no accident history. However, there was a dent on the left front door, which was repaired before the photo was taken. We sincerely apologise that the condition of the restored door was not to your satisfaction. Best Regards
