MT Trade Japan was professional and helpful throughout the process. On the other hand the whole TradeCarView experience was horrible. I was treated like an idiot and with disrespect, repeatedly. I lost money due to TradeCarView's lack of professionalism and incompetence. I would never recommend anyone using the TradeCarView web site and am very sorry that I got involved with them. The Paytrade feature was one-sided and designed to make more money for TradeCarView, not to support the purchaser.
