Seller forces you to remove car-check but takes 50+ days to assign shipping. Customs in my country requires that the invoice have the price of the car and shipping notes separately. I asked for assistance and got rejected accompanied by the most ridiculous excuse in my 15 years importing cars. So I had to incur additional fees because of problems caused by not having the proper invoice format. This was the first and last car with this company.

Disgusted with this seller. The vehicle described was totally different from the rubbish received. This seller is not willing to compensate for the faults that i am now required to fix. Would not recommend purchasing from this seller to anyone!

Received the car with a huge dent to the back, with scratch marks covered with metallic coat paint. Seller walked away with the quote & quote lie, "The vehicle has no auction sheet". Word of advice, only buy car from RAO INTERNATIONAL LTD, if they have sent you the auction sheet (double check that its the original one). Other than that, car drives well and feels good.

I have processed over 100 vehicles from Japan so far this year and to say I am so disappointed with this car is an understatement. This car has lots of damage and its been hit on the driver side rear wheel and is now at the wrong angel. There are numerous warning lights on which is probably down to the damage. I would highly recommend anybody buying from this company in the future have the cars checked thoroughly before buying it.

It seems the tyres on my car have been changed. The seller is saying from his message that TCV bought 4 tyres for replacement for my car but I have received the car yesterday but I have to change all 4 tyres. I'm asking him to help to find out who changed my tyres but he don't want to hepl. I'm your client since 2013 and is the first time this kind of incident happen to me. I want my tyres. you can contact KENCONT CFS to find out in which state the car have been received by them.

I have already told you that Quality Inspection had stopped the Inspection of your Prado due to Tyres were not Good .Suddenly bought another Tyres fixed for clear the Quality Inspection and loaded on the Board. You are not satisfied from our service .We never sold bad car to you. Also sold very small margin. Our try to satisfy our customer. But unfortunately that car has used car not new car Sir. The Pictures did not show all the cosmetic flaws with the car. Fabric Hanging from the roof (hot glued to the side panels) and door panels also the trunk struts is broken and was tied with a piece of cloth. Making the trunk slam when closing I've spent more money on cosmetic repairs that I wanted. I was told there was no issues with the vehicle and when i contacted the company in regards to the vehicle it got no resolve.

Supplier indicated that the vehicle had a CD player only to receive the unit with a non functioning Radio that does not even turn on.
