The car I was sent by the company AVIX has serious mechanical issues. I promptly took it to a mechanic once I'd noticed the car seemed to be misfiring in addition to overheating. The car is not in working condition. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM AVIX This van was a complete nightmare. They sold it as no accident , it had been in a big enough accident to put the chassis out by up to 80mm this is a huge hit and not a carpark dent. I asked if they would help pay for the repairs but was told I mustve been aware of this being a possibility as it was a cheap van. It was not cheap. I have been forced to spend almost US$10,000 to get it fixed.This seller lies about the condition of the vehicles. Check out other feedback on them.

Never do business with Avix. Car arrived with body damage costing $1700 to repair. Damage was undisclosed and not visible in photos. Avix unwilling to help pay for the damage, took no responsibility! They said it was an old car and I got a good deal. (I paid top dollar.) Point is I didn't get what I paid for and expected based on their representation. I expected more from a company in Japan, which is supposedly all about honor. Avix was not honorable.

The car have scratches on the passenger side front door and rear panel the seller didn’t disclose that. Also we never receive the original Bill lading and original export certificate we did message the seller but they never reply us and we won’t buy from them anymore

I would give zero stars if it was an option. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER. This seller caused me to have a large customs fine. The person communicating is not in Japan. They are in the Philippines and dont know what is going on. I was told the car ran great, it is undrivable. Horrible seller, do not waste your money with these guys. Find a better seller and learn from my bad fortune. They are full of lies and empty promises.

Poor in communication and papers arrangement's. Should be more organized. Shipment went ok. But when your dealing with people overseas that have paid an amount of money, you should be better in communication and for sure in handling of the documents.

Received your car, however, the car is not in working condition. The car when it arrived started and drove however not more than 4 weeks later the car stopped working. Took it to the BMW dealer which stated that two valves had been switched and thus the car would have been after a few weeks. How can u sell an item like this. It will cost us now 8000.00 USD to repair the vehicle and place it in good working condition.
