Tradecarview and seller should improve on communication especially when payment has been effected. Tradecarview should notify seller immediately once they receive payment from buyer in order to avoid unnecessary panics since seller can dispose of the car if they have not received payment as quoted

The state of the car didn't talk to the description provided. There were some malfunctions on the vehicle and were showing on dashboard. I have had to spend close to USD3500 to fix the car and have given feedback to the seller who promised to look into the issue. One key issue is i need the vehicle user manual as it wasn't in the vehicle.Regards

Seller was not honest that the car would be shipped in Logan Freight container.My bill of lading came written Logan then i sent the seller an email about Logan he replied that he is not my agent i can choose one that i want. i got another agent but to my surprise when my car got to Durban it was in Logan's container.That Logan also has offices in my country so they kept my documents and started demanding money so they could release my papers to my agent. They wanted to clear my car by force.
