poor communication. Documents arrived 1 week after vehicle arrived. changed shipping vessel without informing consignee. vehicle had audio system removed.

Of most disappointed, I nominated Kencont CFS and you left my car to go to African line terminal. I had to force amendment that has taken several days. Supplier communitation was very poort indeed.

The ATM is having big proplem with the Gear Box it cant drive well so I cant sell it Yet.

i'm a disgruntle customer the dealer communicated with me all along until i received the vehicle only to find that the transmission was not working .i have send the dealer several messages but he never responded .right now i just have a vehicle watching me.

The mileage shown on Trade Car view was false as i only realized this when i received papers for car. It was listed as 115000 but was actually 188000 in 2011 according to papers.Also i paid CIF but it was sent C&F. I have recieved car and it has too much work to be done.I wasted my money. When i complain to Trade Car View they dont take it serious and blame me while i paid Paytrade for their assistance. Paytrade is a waste of money dont be fooled

He sold me the car that could not reach me on its own,it had to be towed.The car had a problem with the engine and he went on to sell it anyway.I spent over USD 2,000.00 to get spares from Trust Japanese.com to have it back on the road.I would not recommend them to someone else unfortunately.It is a very bad way of doing business,taking advantage of the customer since he is online..
