However I had serious problems with the agent (Deluxe Cargo Services) that cleared the car at Dar es Salaam,Tanzania who is related to the Logistics Service of Tradecarview.

Your cars are very expensive and didn't give discount so i don't know if you do give discount. You took ages to ship both the BL copies and the car.You will need to improve on telling the truth and shipping the cars quickly at least within reasonable days. the car we ordered from you hasn't reached us in Zambia yet because of Christmas holiday break in Tanzania due to your delays in shipping. meanwhile all other vehicles bought from other suppliers at the same period we received.

I got the vechicle intact though I was NOT given the right JEVIC Road Worthy Certificate instead was given Odometer Jevic which is worth in my country. Was made to pay twice for road worth... Requested for a refund BUT truly in vain.

The seller was taking much time to respond to the messages and it took look a lot of time for the car to be shipped but the car came in a very good and neat condition.
