Dear Sir, The car had no engine number and i cant register it in Zambia. The seller said the car never went through inspection but the car documents sent to me had Jevic papers. The Side left mirror was missing and two font mats also missing. This is not good at all,iam now stuck with a car i cant register in zambia what good is that to me?? Simasyikwe

Jevic is done and you have the documents. Jevic is done so it can be registered in your country. it just makes no sense sir. and we will never buy a car without mirrors as you can see from the pictuer. it must have happened while transporting in to the ship or after it got off the ship. we are very sorry for this and we would like to give you a special discount when you buy another car from us

We have already bought three vehicles through Paytrade. This one was the worst. We struggled with communication and to get accurate shipping dates. It was only after we have contacted the seller through paytrade that we managed to get service. It is difficult to handle this when you are 6000kms away from the seller. We also paid for a Jevec certificate which we never received. So we believe that 200 USD was swindled - Sorry but this trader does not belong on Paytrade

I was not satisfied with the service the supplier provided because he did not perform Inspection of the car contrary to of our agreement. I ended up paying penalty for this. Another thing is documents were shipped very late, documents received after the car arrived.

The seller was very poor at communication especially after payment was received by him. The seller sent an odometer jevic certificate when we paid for jevic certificate of road worthiness there by making me pay again for the road worthiness certificate in my country

You paid for the Odometer inspection which EXACTLY says on the INVOICE How can you say you paid for something that we never talked or written on the INVOICE This is more than disappointing

URGENT URGENT!until now i have not received some the important documents.I requested a proof if the certificates are stack on the window but they are quiet, I suspect those are simply stickers 1)the certificate of approval and 2) the certificate of inspection both by JAAI didn't come along with the B/L, please assist so that they are send to me urgently, the car is arriving in 5 days time. thanks Gaspar

We did everything you asked and why would you give us a NO on the recommendation You asked the invoice WITHOUT INSPECTION and you telling me you need the inspection certificate now? There is something wrong with this transaction and i hope it is a miss understanding. It is very sad to hear these comments
