Coastal Autos is a good seller. However, it must be carrying out maintenance on motor vehicles before selling them. Everything on my vehicle was alright except a battery which got damaged upon arrive home.Also, the company should improve in terms displaying more photos for a vehicle been sold other than showing only thirteen (13) photos.

The car details were exactly the same with the item. Very quick and understanding. Nice tyres and smart car. Will not hesitate to doing business with them again. However, there is need to perfect how information on item expected day of arrival should be shared and in fact when the item has arrived we need a notification other than just relying on clearing agents. The transaction was smooth with the seller. When i had concerns the seller was able to respond within 6 hours of my query. The car was as described by the seller. However the Tanzanian agent from interlink Company and Forwarding Nicholaus and Kasimi the worker from Mas dry port connived to steal the subwoofer and all the sound system in the car. the manager of the Dry port was aware of this but could not help. Tanzanians are not good to work with is all i can tell everyone.

I have not received the item yet! Its over one month since I paid and up to now I do not have any information on what is happening! Worse still, when I try to log in to contact the seller, your system is locked and there is a message that the seller's services have been suspended and I should contact them directly! Can somebody help!

The spark plugs were not working properly, engine was failing, but the overall was ok

The seller was good in communication and I received a car within one month from the date I made payment. I give credit to the seller on this. The car was good though tires were won out. However I was disappointed because the car was indicated as 2005 while was made in 2004. I was charged with penalty of USD 2690 by Tanzania Revenue Authority for importing a car that was older than 10 years.
