Thecar was not serviced and the oil check was on till i had to remove the oil sump and the oil pump was very dirty like it was in mud. sound systm was stolen tho this is not because of the seller

I drove the car for 500km from Livingstone to Lusaka where i live after picking it up. It was brought from Durban on a carrier. I was disappointed by how dirty the interior was. There was a whistling sound from the fan belt and the brakes are weak. It had very little engine oil which was thick and black.

Thank you for the e-mail. I am not very happy with condition of the car. The car was sent to me in a very dirty condition. The pain on the roof and bonet is war out i had to spend another US$400 to have it painted because my Customer was not happy with its conditon. The engine is leaking with oil and lastly, there is no Power Window control. this was indicated by the Shipper from Japan on the Screen.

It had transmission issue when arrived in Canada. I was not informed about this issue.

The radio buttons are stack,cd and tape does not work, the rear bumper was loose, the radiator has a leak. The Mileage does not match the condition of the car, suspect it has been tempered with. Service history books missing. The salesman called Masa is confused , he send us the wrong DHL tracking numbers and he's such a an ignorant person without good customer services all. Africa is an emerging market, that's where business is these days. Be warned.

I would NOT recommend this seller to nobody . Scamming and cheating customers who buy in good faith . Already report this seller to the online police in japan. Advertising grade 4 car , and the car is actualy only good for ***** . Be aware people . Never buy from real motor japan .

I think giving feedback is a total waste of time as there is never any response from your end. Three of the rims were damaged and the tyres are finished, not to mention the ***** battery. This is about the worst car I have ever bought. i feel cheated by Real Motors and am not the only one who has complained about real motors.

I ordered for Premio 1997 but what was delivered is one of 1996
