The AC for the Vehicle is damaged no wonder it has taken me long to give you the feed back as I have just received the vehicle today. the nobs for operating the AC also are not in the vehicle but it was not indicated that that is how the vehicle is.

Dear Mr. Joseph, Thank you very much for your message and feedback. As you said yourself, your clearing agent in Dar Es Salaam damaged the AC and completely removed it. We shiped the car in the same condition as we indicated on the web site. You can see on the photo that operating nob of AC was available when we shiped it. I think you should make your agent to bear the cost of loss. As per our communication today, I am ready to help you anytime.
