However, the seeler did not inspect the vehicle completely. one of the spare wheels was damaged.

We shipped the vehicle exactly as was shown in the pictures so I imagine something must have happened on the way to the tires if you didn't find the tire as shown in the pictures. The shipment was bit delayed from the time money was payed. But shipment was okay. The vehicle came as your schedule. It was also worth to mention the view mirror on the right side arrived at Dar Salaam port with slight damage, otherwise the vehicle arrived in good condition.

I have received my toyota rav4 car in good condition. But it has come without tyre cover and inside is not clean but every things was ok. Thanks osada.

Mr Omar, As I referred to you in my message, we shipped the vehicle with the cover - our pictures show very clearly that it was shipped with the cover. It would mean that it was stolen somewhere along the way, most probably at the port if it didn't come with the cover - and I asked you to get in touch with people at the port, as it is theft, and beyond our control.
