There was no wheelspanner and jack. time belt was also missing causing heat to circulate in van. Very disappointed with this deal.

dear sir, sorry to hear that , please be informed we alwyas check for spare tyre, tool kit and accessories and running condition before shipment,may be stolen at your destination,as far as timing belt you have mistaken it for A/C belt,it might have worn out as the unit done163,000km,please replace it and the unit will be perfect sir

The item was not listed as damaged but was flagged as damaged by customs when it arrived in NZ. I do not yet know why this is so. The communication was not good initially when I was trying to find out information about the truck but after a while I got the information I needed. The shipping and document process went well thank you. There was a good range of photos of the item I bought which was helpful though they did not post a photo of the inside of the passenger door damage.
