Vehicle arrived with damage to back bumper. Could have been caused by strapping vehicle on ship or too close loading/parking of vehicle on ship. No CD changer found in vehicle, yet show in photo's by supplier. Not sure when CD changer was removed on departure or arrival in Durban. Vehicle engine appears good. Karen Pantazis, Harare, Zimbabwe

Tradecarview and seller should improve on communication especially when payment has been effected. Tradecarview should notify seller immediately once they receive payment from buyer in order to avoid unnecessary panics since seller can dispose of the car if they have not received payment as quoted
